Our order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 9:00 am the following Monday.

Orders are not processed on weekends.

1. Where we ship from?

Currently, we only support orders from the United States.

Our warehouse address is 670 Cedar St, San Marcos, California, and your Bath Pillow products will be shipped from there after you place your order.

2. Delivery time

Our delivery time is 5-11 business days. The details will be as follows:

Orders placed before the cut-off time of 5:00 pm.

(1) Order processing time is 1-3 business days (Orders are not processed on weekends).

(2) Shipping time is 4-8 business days.

3. Shipping methods and charges

For all US orders, we will ship via DHL Express.

Free shipping on orders over $30 per order.

Orders under $30 will be charged a $2 shipping fee.

4. Who is responsible for the tax?

The sales tax is the responsibility of the customer and is not borne by the merchant, thank you for your understanding.

5. About the packaging

Our Bath Pillow will be packaged in a thickened carton, the inside of our package is padded with plastic foam to prevent Bath Pillow from breaking during shipping.

6. Order Tracking

After Bath Pillow products are shipped, we will send you the name of the courier company and the tracking number to your email address.

You can also get the courier company and the tracking number in “account order details“.

7. Sign for receipt

After receiving the Bath Pillow, if there is any problem (such as broken, torn, worn, etc.), please email us via [email protected], and we will arrange free return or exchange for you.
