Our return order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 9:00 am the following Monday.

Orders are not processed on weekends.

1. Order Cancellation

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.

After 1 hour, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled.

2. What if the Bath Pillow is damaged in transit?

We are sorry you did not receive the Bath Pillow products intact( such as broken, torn, worn, etc.). Please contact us via [email protected], and we will arrange an exchange or full refund.

3. How long are returns valid for?

Our returns are valid until 7 natural days after the Bath Pillow products arrives.

If you have received the Bath Pillow products for more than 7 natural days, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.

4. About back goods freight and re-listing fees

(1) If a return is requested due to a product quality issue (such as broken, torn, worn, etc.) with Bath Pillow, shipping costs will be the responsibility of Highqualityw.com.

(2) If returned for personal reasons ( such as do not like, do not want, etc.), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

We do not charge re-listing fees.

5. Return Process

To return or exchange the Bath Pillow products, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 natural days of receiving the Bath Pillow, we will prioritize your order. Returns of Bath Pillow products are subject to the following conditions.

(1) Bath Pillow products support returns and exchanges within 7 natural days.

(2) You can only return Bath Pillow products purchased online at Highqualityw.com.

(3) Quality problems (such as broken, torn, worn, etc.) of Bath Pillow products before they are used.

(4) Product quality problems (such as fading, shrinking, etc.) of Bath Pillow products caused by non-human reasons after use.

Please send the Bath Pillow product in its original packaging (including plastic foam) to 670 Cedar St, San Marcos, California.

After the courier is sent, please send a return notification email to [email protected] and provide the following information.

1) Name of courier company

2) Tracking number

6. Refund amount

Once your return has been processed, please send the product order number and return logistics number to us at [email protected].

Once the returned Bath Pillow arrives at Highqualityw.com’s warehouse and passes a successful inspection, the refund process will begin.

The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days.
